  • 1971: Elected to the Sarran (Corrèze) Municipal Council
  • 1977: Deputy to the Mayor of Sarran
  • 1978: Founder and President of the Assocation for the Promotion of the Arts
  • 1978: Founder and President of the Festival of Sacred Art
  • 1979: Elected to the Corrèze General Council (first woman to occupy a seat in this Departmental Assembly). Re-elected in the first round 8 March 1992
  • 1990: Founder and President of the Association "Le Pont Neuf" to encourage youth exchanges between Eastern European countries and France
  • 1991: President of the New International Festival of Dance
  • 1994: President of the Association Fondation-Hôpitaux de Paris
