ASSISTANT DEFENSE COOPERATION ATTACHÉ
Land & Missile Systems
The Assistant Defense Cooperation Attaché for Land and Missile Systems is responsible for promoting
cooperation between France and the United States in the area of land systems
and missile systems, including air-launched, sea-launched and ground-launched tactical missiles,
as well as anti-ballistic and anti-cruise missile defense systems.
He intercedes with the French and American authorities in this area to increase the mutual
understanding of the policies, the exchanges between current programs and the trend of future
technologies.
He also contributes to the industrial transatlantic cooperation by facilitating the link between
companies relating to his business segment and staying aware of defense contracts opportunities.

He is within the Office of the Defense Cooperation Attaché, the main point of contact of the US Army,
the point of contact of the Missile Defense Agency, the US Special Operations Command and the US
National Guard for defense equipment matters.
