THE OFFICE FOR NUCLEAR AFFAIRS
Created by the Atomic Energy Commission in 1963, the office of the nuclear counselor deals with the political, legal, economic, scientific, industrial, commercial and some defense implications of nuclear energy. It mainly covers activities of representation, technology watch and information’s exchange. In the United States, this office serves as a representative for the Atomic Energy Commission in France.
